[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide printing and web portal services undergraduate to doctoral and from professional to academic, the School needs the ability to effectively and efficiently create multiple, varied printed materials,
- The ability to create a custom School-specific web portal or “storefront” for faculty and staff members needing to order existing, general School-branded materials and to create printed materials specific to them or to their program,
- Accommodate multiple users to begin with approximately 50, but with the ability to add more at a later time,
- Allow users enter custom text and images into fields that populate pre-uploaded and pre-approved Templates,
- Generate a PDF proof for user review,
- Accommodate at least two School of Education staff members as storefront “administrators” who have the ability to approve orders based on the custom content and the quantity/cost,
- Printing varies in type and complexity,
- Typical jobs will range from simple business documents such as letterhead, envelopes, and business cards to four-color publications such as fact sheets, brochures, posters, banners and decals, among others,
- Other services that might be needed include binding (perfect, saddle stitch, etc.), die-cutting, embossing, scoring, folding, shrink-wrapping, and lamination,
- Also offer printing of various promotional items – pens, t-shirts, cups, water bottles, etc.,
- Included: four variants (corresponding to the School’s set of four icons) of letterhead (2,000
copies), #10 envelopes (2,000 copies), pocket folders (2,000), 50-page perfect bound book for scholarship and professorship donors (500 copies),
- Provide an easy online system for the University to place and track the status of printing and mailing orders (as well as replenishment orders) online, specifically a “storefront” web portal,
- Includes a system for easy online document editing, proof delivery of jobs that do not require hard-copy proof approval, and an approval function for at least two University employees,
- Available at least one staff member with graphic design capabilities who is proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud for making minor changes as needed on our design files, etc.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 29, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
