[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide test automation tool software for and procure a test automation tool,
- A test automation tool to improve the efficiency and quality of software testing efforts,
- A no cost open source tool for test automation, but the tool requires JavaScript developers and is not robust enough to meet the tight deadlines and increasing testing demands of Medicaid Transformation,
- Current tools do not allow the automation developers keep up with automating the test scripts, which means regression scripts end up needing to be run manually,
- Reduce the ongoing need for Java programmers on the testing team,
- Integrate quickly into the existing, complex Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) environment,
- Maximize reuse of test cases including ability to test on mobile/tablet devices,
- Improve test coverage, reducing the risk of introducing defects to production,
- Ease the impact of system changes to existing automated testing scripts by using a more intuitive and user-friendly toolset,
- Provided agency managed Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 3, 2019.
(3) A contract term will be for three years.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
