[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide communication implementation and software that will enable teachers to communicate with parents directly via text message and phone app in the parents’ and teachers’ native language,
- Text messaging - teachers to individual parent, and teachers to classes of parents, and parents to Teacher, unique phone numbers for all teachers,
- Synchronous translations of all communications,
- In-house expertise in translations specific to K-12 education, especially in the district’s top languages – Spanish, Chinese, French, Vietnamese, Korean, Arabic, Hindi),
- Ability to sync with district’s student information systems via Clever,
- Ability to sync with district’s single-sign on system,
- Ability for school administration to pull reports and access all communications for oversight,
- Ability for district to archive and access all communication for public records, etc.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
