Government Authority located in Charlotte, North Carolina; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for consulting services for roofing, skylight, and building inspections.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide consulting services for roofing, skylight, and building inspections to the government authority located in Charlotte, NC.
Scope of Work – A. Roof or Exterior Wall Maintenance Survey
1. Visual inspections will be made of each facility by qualified personnel as scheduled by client and consists of all elements of roofs and building envelope.
2. A report of findings of the inspection
B. Water Testing of Skylights, Windows, Exterior Walls or Through-Wall Flashings
1. Perform water tests as scheduled by client at Skylights, Windows, Exterior Walls or Through-Wall Flashings utilizing a spray rack or standard garden hoses and portable communication.
2. Review of plans, specifications, shop drawings, etc. to the extent such documents are made available by Client.
3. Observe removal of building components by a Contractor to as necessary to observe condition and configuration of existing construction.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 12, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
