[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide vehicle data monitoring and diagnostics system to improve driving behavior and reduce the risk of accidents, insurance claims, vehicle maintenance costs, and to improve operational efficiency, the County is soliciting proposals for a vehicle data monitoring and diagnostics solution.
• Remote CAN Based Vehicle Data Monitoring
• LED Diagnostics on all Inputs
• 1/10th of a sec data recording capability
• Built in backup battery for storage of up to 1-week min as standard.
• Monitor Items such as; Odometer, Speed, Emergency Light activation, Siren, Driver behavior, G Force
Monitoring, Battery Condition, excessive idling, efficiencies, GEO Fence setup.
• Ability for Driver ID to be installed within Vehicle
• Ability for real time Audio feedback to driver of bad driving behavior (Speed, GForces).
• Ability to provide real time feedback on over speeding for posted speed limits.
• Ability to provide driver feedback offline.
• Scoring Mechanism for Drivers to assist in Driver Training programs
• Link to Shoreline for info on vehicles plugged in/out by base
• Asset Management Capability.
• The Data Monitoring System has ability to link to Fleet Management System currently in use or have its own
system included. Customer to decide which option is best for the organization.
• Vehicle Maintenance scheduling based on Real Time Odometer and Engine Hour.
• Generate Reporting within the software for management
• The Driver Monitoring System will reduce Fuel Burn and emissions with improved driving behavior
(2) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than December 3, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
