[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial service for plan, schedule, coordinate and ensure the effective and economic performance of custodial operations in campus buildings and the athletic complex.
- Daily checks, interact regularly with campus customers, and interact daily,
- Safety hazards, leaks, inoperable fixtures, lights or equipment detected during routine work and accident reports,
- Provide custodial closets, all toilet paper, paper towels, soap, can liners interior building and cleaning supplies etc. to the government authority located in Whiteville, NC.
(2) A pre proposal meeting and site visit will be held on July 9,2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than July 11, 2019.
(4) A contract term will be for three years.
