[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide benefits plan services to assist the City by providing and managing group term life, accidental death and dismemberment and disability insurance offerings to our benefit eligible employees, their spouses and dependents. It is expected that the Insurer will be able to provide a comprehensive set of services including but not limited to:
1. Claims Administration
2. Enrollment Services
3. Reporting
4. Billing Methods
5. System Integration
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 24, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
