[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide visually impaired services shall provide Teacher of Visually Impaired Services and case management to eligible students in County Public Schools during the 2019-2020 school year, Provider shall provide services in compliance with students’ Individualized Education Plan.
- Services shall include the following:
a. evaluating the academic and orientation and mobility instructional needs of eligible students by conducting Learning Media Assessments and Functional Vision Evaluations, initial evaluations, and three-year revaluations as directed by the Board’s designee;
b. providing direct instruction and consultative services to eligible students;
c. developing a plan of instruction and using appropriate diagnostic tools and techniques;
d. providing instructional services to eligible students and maintaining documentation of said services rendered, along with student performance;
e. attending IEP meetings to explain evaluation results and develop appropriate academic service goals;
f. completing IEP progress reports for academic goals;
g. communicating effectively with ECPS personnel and parents;
h. furnishing monthly invoices and supporting documentation necessary to account for services provided to students.

(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 14, 2019.
(3) The contract term will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
