[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide agent or broker services for the establishment of who specialize in the placement of professional liability insurance products. Vendor must have full access to wholesale and domestic markets for placement of professional liability reinsurance. Selected Vendor shall provide a web-based application with coverage information and a process for the electronic filing of claims. A single State-funded professional liability insurance policy for all school employees. This includes public and charter school employees and employees of the Department of Public Instruction. Department of Public Instruction (NCDPI) serving as the master policyholder and the Named Insured. Specifications contained in this Request for Proposal (RFP) are provided for the purposes of selecting an insurance broker or agent to secure professional liability insurance through markets specializing in professional liability insurance. Vendor is required to market the placement of coverage and to provide a web-based application with information about the coverage provided and a process for the electronic filing of claims, to secure professional liability coverage for all employees of public and charter schools, and employees of NCDPI. Coverage in the past has been provided by a private insurer. the estimated number of employees to be covered under the professional liability policy are: educational professional 130,000 and Educational Non-Professional 80,000. to the government authority located in North Carolina.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 19, 2019.
(3) The contract term will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
