[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide records management system for fire department provide fire and rescue services.
- Provide detailed explanations of the services that are included in the standard RMS,
- Procedures, data encryption, and technical measures to prevent unauthorized access or alteration, fraud, theft, misuse, or physical damage to hardware, software, communications, networks and data,
- Describe backup and redundancy procedures for cloud-based storage,
- Provide a business continuity plan for the RMS provider as well as a disaster recovery plan,
- Provide a plan to notify cloud-based users of data breech notification and the processes utilized to notify affected,
- Provide mobile applications compatible with Android, Apple and Windows based programs.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 6, 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
