[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide SCADA specification services for the services of a qualified Systems Integrator for developing a SCADA Specification for SCADA, programming, controls, network and radio communications, software and hardware and other associated systems,
- SCADA consisting of high-performance workstations running software by collect data gathered,
- . Hardware and Software,
- Communication methods and protocols,
- SCADA document management,
- HMI functionality,
- Alarm-Event Management, Data Management,
- SCADA Standards,
- Cybersecurity,
- Disaster recovery and software change management to the government authority located in Raleigh, NC.
(2) A mandatory pre-submittal conference will be held on May 8, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than May 10, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
