[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide accounts payable, forensic auditing and risk prevention services for implementation, support services and a software solution to protect spend, cut costs and reduce risk to the government authority located in Raleigh, NC.
- Historic forensic auditing of accounts payable and purchasing transactions for the last three years.
- Current forensic auditing of the accounts payable and purchasing transactions during and immediately following each accounts payable cycle.
- Base functionality includes numerous auditing routines used to mitigate risks related but not limited to the following: duplicate payments, over-payments, pricing errors, sequential purchases, potential fraud and other system or clerical errors.
- Extensive, detailed reporting of transactions, which fall within modifiable auditing parameters. Reports to be generated daily and be able to be downloaded for further end user analysis.
- Easily installed and operated in a secure and protected environment.
- Interface platform for accounts payables data.
(2) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than April 12, 2019.
(3) A contract term will be for three years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
