[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide ERP financial system for deployment support services for the implementation of Oracle Cloud application services to replace and enhance provided by Accounting System and the Cash Management Control System accounting systems and by various Agency applications that perform similar accounting and financial management functions.
- Primary systems to be replaced by the Financial Backbone Replacement Project (FBR) are the North Carolina Accounting System and Cash Management Control System, along with agency applications currently used to fill functionality gaps,
- Use a phased deployment approach to minimize complexity, reduce risk, and ease user adoption,
- Leverage standard processes and best practices within Oracle Cloud application services, minimizing software changes and changing existing State processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness,
- Create and deploy a new financial architecture that meets the current and foreseeable future financial information needs.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 3, 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
