Vendor needs to provide high speed network connectivity services to several remote emergency communications sites connected to a central hub. The connectivity should be capable of supplying a minimum of 64 kbps per voice path with two voice paths currently scheduled for installation. It should also be capable of expanding to a data transport capacity of two gigabytes per day per site, and provide for a minimal contingency for future data uses of the system to support the delivery of internet protocol (IP), voice, data and video services including develop a solution for network connectivity for remote communications sites, create a scalable broadband solution to foster innovation, drive job creation, stimulate economic growth, and serve new areas of development in the community to the government authority located in Franklin, NC.
