[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide web-based communication and marketing platform for visually rebrand web and communications materials, identify and orient outreach channels, connections to external research, practices and funding and creating the value-add through the platform.
(2) Vendor also needs to provide web-based outreach and marketing support plan creation services for Develop a web portal program and support a globally competitive, locally vibrant and resilient of communities.
(3) Vendor also needs to provide website design and development services using content management system must be compatible with mobile device, social media and search engine optimization.
- Allows for all areas of the site (webpages, images, blogs, forms etc.) to be easily updated.
- Ability to alter title tags, meta descriptions, alt tags and headers.
- Email marketing capabilities that are seamless with the website and can integrate with current email marketing software.
- Allow for website visitor tracking, page tracking etc.
(2) A notice of consultant intent to due on July 16, 2018.
(3) A pre-submittal conference will be held on July 17, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
