[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide software solution for managing jury pools, judges, courtrooms, trials, dates, juror status, juror payments, etc. for its criminal justice services to be used in a workflow or relational manner that facilitates a variety of functions, provide ability for authorized end‐users to modify the length of service, ability to modify import file to use multiple data sources to create source list, allows authorized jury users the ability to customize summons, provide the ability to send an additional notice or summons to potential juror, ability to create own summons file and send to outside vendor to print if so desired, create a queue or task scheduler that will show excuse requests or requests to change date of service, create a record of juror accessing online system to check reporting status, submit a request, etc.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 03, 2018.
(3) A pre-bid call will be held on July 31, 2018.
(4) A contract term will be for three years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
