[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial and cleaning services including exterior service areas, yards, walkways, on-site parking lot, driveways, roadways, on-street parking, alleys, loading dock and other areas within the property boundary to the government authority located in Raleigh, NC.
(2) A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on February 14, 2017.
(3) All questions must be submitted by February 15, 2017.
(4) Contract period will be for one year.
