[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide an external partner to handle the IT function including e-mail and monthly server monitoring, 24x7x365 IT support for business servers, desktops, laptops, mobile devices, application setup support, web services, firewall, network, security support and migrations and virtual desktop integration to the government authority located in Chapel Hill, NC.
(2) A mandatory pre-proposal conference and site visit will be held on August 26, 2015.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
