(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services of building including trash, paper, cigarette butts, litter, walls, window ledges, partitions, surface areas, fixtures and lamps, rest room, soap, deodorizer, tissue and pigeon droppings to the government authority located in Raleigh, NC.
