[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide property management services to manage the building and its capital assets including acquisition, control, accountability, maintenance and repairs to the government authority located in Durham, NC.
(2) A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on December 7, 2016.
