[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital document microfilming services for statistical research purposes, maintaining the records properly, and locating and providing certified or uncertified copies of records.
(2) Approximate work volume will be 12,000 paper documents per month.
(3) Contract period shall be for one year.
(4) All questions must be submitted in writing via email no later than on August 4, 2016.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
