(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services for empty all interior and all exterior trashcans, water fountains, sweep and vacuum all floors, glass doors and windows to the government authority located in Raleigh, NC.
(2) A mandatory pre-bid conference and tour will be held on June 21, 2016.
