[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide real time monitoring and alerting system.
- This business and operational tool would display these components in the form of dashboards, data analysis and drill-downs into Charts, Graphs and Maps displaying detailed statistical trend, pattern or geographic cluster incident information all based on user defined criteria
- The system should be able to be expandable beginning with a single data set computer aided dispatch, but able to add additional datasets over time such as advanced medical priority dispatch systems or patient care reporting systems or medical reporting software
- The solution shall provide a browser-based end user interface accessible by any common computer, tablet or Smartphone with internet connectivity to review data
- The solution shall be optimized for Internet Explorer, but viewable in other PC and Mac browsers, including Firefox, Safari, Opera, etc.
- Optionally, the system shall provide the ability to export reports data to a variety of formats through MS SQL Server Reporting Services including XML, MS Excel, MS Word, PDF, MHTML, TIFF File, and CSV
- The solution must have an existing integration with the Central Square CAD or the ability to integrate
- The solution shall allow for approved users to securely access the system from anywhere with internet access
- GIS incident mapping display of qualified events including geo-spatial, temporal, thematic,
and cluster detection
- The solution shall provide near real time moments old analysis of both event trends and
key performance indicators based on data from CAD
- The solution shall provide web enabled displays of automatically generated charts, graphs and maps depicting statistically significant trends and spikes of event trends, without need of duplicate data entry
- The solution shall allow authorized users to drill down into the CAD incident data without having to log into the CAD system
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 8, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
