[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Raleigh, Nc.
- Trashcan Liners (must be strong and heavy duty)
- Hand Soap (Antibacterial)
- Toilet Paper (Standard 2-ply)
- Paper Towels (Roll type)
- Equipment and Cleaning Supplies
• Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- Empty trash in all areas and recycle container in kitchen, remove all items not in trash can but marked trash.
- Restock bathroom with soap, toilet tissue and roll paper towels.
- Restock all non-restroom areas where sinks with towels and soap dispensers are located.
- Vacuum, sweep or clean floor where spills have occurred or dirt or debris collected. Spot clean as needed.
- Clean and vacuum all common areas (hallways, conference rooms-large and small, lobby) and specific areas (evaluation rooms, medical treatment rooms, audiologist booth and office).
- Polish bathroom fixtures, damp wipe partition and stall doors, and seal clean wall by sink and urinals.
- Clean and sanitize sinks, hardware, urinals, mirrors, and toilets, walls, kitchen counter tops and water fountains.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen and bathroom floors.
- Shake sand and debris from door mats.
- Vacuum and spot clean and damp wipe doors, frames, and walls in staff offices (as requested)
- Clean front, side and back entrance including mat, floor, lobby door glass and front door glass.
• Monthly
- Clean, dust lobby areas and reception desk areas.
- Damp wipe walls, frames, doors, door handles to remove smudges in all common areas (see list above).
- Sanitize sink and add drain cleaner to keep drains open (to be included in monthly rate)
- Wipe down exterior of refrigerator in kitchen.
- Clean polish light switches, handles, push plates, kick plates, and thresholds.
- Dust fluorescent lights, baseboards, vents, fans, and blinds in common areas.
- Organize janitorial area.
• Once Annually (to be scheduled in January or other mutual agreed times)
- Shampoo carpet in all areas.
- Strip and wax all vinyl floors.
- Clean and Wash Windows
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 12, 2019
(3) The contract period will be for one year.
(4) Pre-bid site visit will be held on November 4, 2019.
