[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide special events production services for such as event planning and design, setup, provision of various production equipment, audio and visual component integration, technical direction, on-stage elements and overall event execution.
- aspects of event layout design, including stage and related show props/components, guest table and seating setup, catering service areas and any additional pre- or post-event reception design
- plan and design all professional lighting and sound components of the show, inclusive of spotlighting, stage up lighting, any proposed moving lights, handheld and lavalier mics, digital mixing console and any needed line array speakers.
(2) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than October 29, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
