[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide library organizational transition planning services on an as needed basis to the government authority located in Greensboro, NC.
• Identification of gaps in the current service model and capacity in reference to library construction project and other emerging needs,
• An updated organizational structure designed to meet anticipated needs,
• An assessment of the staffing requirements to address the identified gaps, and alignment with opportunities to fill such gaps by means of current vacancies,
• Recommendations for training and organizational development programs for library employees to address cultural issues and change management needs.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 31,2019.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
