Vendor needs to provide audit services for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2019, with the option of auditing the County’s financial statements, Audits shall be performed in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards audit shall be on the financial statements for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2019, with the option to audit the financial statements for the fiscal years ending December 31, 2020 through 2021 respectively upon mutual consent of the parties to the government authority located in Raleigh, NC.
