[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide planning management and consulting services to oversee its hazard mitigation grant program to the government authority located in Jacksonville, NC.
- Monitor and complete the Application
- Develop comprehensive administrative guidelines for management of all funded acquisition and demolition activity, including procedures for financial management, construction procurement, and construction management and inspection; coordinate required structural engineering and building inspection services
- Provide federal-and state-required civil rights, environmental, labour standards, audit, and general procurement compliance as mandated by the grant agreement executed by the city
- Assist the city with procuring a legal firm, appraiser, surveyor, and asbestos inspector and provide scheduling and coordination of these additional professional services and prepare bid documents
- Solicit regional general contractors to assure compliance with the project schedule
- Assist with on-site inspection of all demolition work
- Authorize payment to other consultants and contractors
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 8, 2019
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
