[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide interim food service. to the government authority located in RDU Airport, CA.
- Bar with Food (Preferably Mexican): Casual dining restaurant offering full bar service, including cocktails, beer, and a good selection of wines. The menu should include a variety of entrees (preferably Mexican cuisine, including freshly-prepared and made-to-order tacos, burritos, bowls, and salads), appetizers, and small plates. Soft drinks and water should be included on the menu. Restaurant must serve all day-parts. Children’s items and items to accommodate various dietary needs (vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.) should be included on the menu. Addition or expansion of Grab and Go product offerings is encouraged.
- Quick Service Asian: Quick service restaurant specializing in quality, made-to-order Asian cuisine, including, but not limited to stir-fried food, noodles, rice dishes, and soup. Restaurant should offer side dishes, soft drinks, and water, and serve all day-parts. Children’s items and menu items to accommodate various dietary needs (vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.) should be included on the menu.
- Quick Service Deli/Bagels: Quick service restaurant specializing in freshly-prepared
sandwiches, salads, and wraps, and/or freshly-prepared bagels with spreads and bagel sandwiches. Restaurant should serve all day-parts. Children’s items and items to accommodate various dietary needs (vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.) should be included on the menu. Addition or expansion of Grab and Go product offerings is encouraged.
- Quick Service Fast Pizza: Quick service restaurant specializing in quality, made-to-order, customizable pizza that can be prepared within just a few minutes. Restaurant should also offer side dishes, soft drinks, and water, and serve all day-parts, including breakfast. Children’s items and items to accommodate various dietary needs (vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.) should be included on the menu. Addition or expansion of Grab and Go product offerings is encouraged.
- Quick Service Healthy (Salads, Wraps, Bowls): Quick service restaurant specializing in freshly-prepared healthy foods (such as organic, low-calorie, and energy-producing), including but not limited to freshly-prepared salads, wraps, and bowls (no Asian bowls if Asian food is offered in Unit 2150 B or C). Restaurant should also offer side dishes, soft drinks, and water, and serve all day-parts. Children’s items and items to accommodate various dietary needs (vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.) should be included on the menu. Addition or expansion of Grab and Go product offerings is encouraged.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 23, 2019.
