Government Authority located in Lexington, North Carolina; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for bus and van service.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide bus and van service for oversight for transportation services for all human services agencies and outside agencies to the government authority located in Lexington, NC.
- Be capable of providing as many as 2 taxis, van or buses at one time if needed,
- Provide appropriate vehicles like taxis, vans or buses that are permitted, properly insured, properly tagged, maintained in a good working order and clean, and have all required safety equipment as described in the system safety plan,
- Drivers will conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete a vehicle condition report daily one copy of will remain with vehicle and one copy is to be maintained in vehicle service record.
(2) A pre-proposal meeting will be held on August 9,2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 19, 2019.
(4) A contract term will be for three years.
