[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide school nursing, physical therapy and occupational therapist assistant services to the government authority located in North Carolina.
- Occupational Therapist Assistant works with students identified with or suspected of having disabilities that interfere with their ability to perform daily life activities and participate in necessary and desired occupations, assistant is expected to implement individually designed interventions based on occupational performance deficits in the areas of personal care, student role and interaction skills, process skills, play, community integration/work, and graphic communication, occupational therapy assistant is expected to review outcomes and modify intervention programs in coordination with the supervising occupational therapist.
- Physical Therapy Services only to the students of facility in the space provided by the facility.
- School Nursing Services for registered nurse or licensed practical nurse supplied by contractor will hold a current license, registration or certification to practice in the state.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
