(1) Vendor needs to provide background checks services for all departmental volunteers and coaches on an as needed basis to the government authority located in Greensboro, NC.
- The background screening package requested shall include the following services social security verification, address trace, state and county criminal record check, national criminal history check and sex offender registry check.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 15, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
