[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide consultant firm services for advice and assistance in connection to various types of progressive design-build projects, including vertical design-build for one or more police stations, horizontal design-build for a segment to the government authority located in Oklahoma City, NC.
- help to organize, guide, assist, and provide consultation and advice in developing processes and procedures
- help to organize, guide, assist, and provide consultation and advice in developing processes and procedures for implementing the segment
Identify, manage, and foster healthy and collaborative relationships;
- Possess high emotional intelligence and display mindfulness and empathy;
- Create an environment of trust and collaboration characterized by the ability to create program/project alliance and build common purpose;
- Guide a facilitative partner approach to identify and resolve issues;
- Possess strong communication skills, both oral and written;
- Guide and create consensus with all internal and external stakeholders on project definition, intent, design, cost, and schedule;
- Represent the project and its goal to all the parties;
- Formulate and maintain an integrated and cohesive team;
- Recognize and address any potential conflicts of interest
- Help shape strategic questions for exploration
- Developing procurement plan, schedule, and procedures.
(2) A pre-submittal meeting will be held on July 2, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
