[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide transcription and captioning services for the campus.
- Creating transcripts from audio or video files with multiple turnaround times available,
- Creating caption files from audio or video files with multiple turnaround times available,
- Creating caption files from already created transcripts with multiple turnaround times available,
- Transcript creating only, transcript creation plus synchronization, transcript synchronization only and live captions, provide edits of captions and transcripts,
- Files delivered will likely include, but may not be limited to the following formats: .mp3, .mp4, .m4v, .mov, .srt or .wmv.,
- File return format for transcripts are .txt, .rtf, .docx, or a compatible format.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 1, 2019.
(3) A contract term will be for one year.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
