[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide capital asset financial consulting services may include identification and review of city, state, and federal requirements for capital asset accounting, identification and review of best practices for water and wastewater industry capital asset accounting, work with CLTWater’s contracted rate consultant and other city departments, high-level review of existing asset categorizations and valuations, including estimated useful life and potential impairments, determination of effectiveness in identifying eligible and ineligible expenses for capitalization, evaluation of repair, maintenance, rehabilitation and upgrade projects for correct capitalization and depreciation modifications to modified assets; and review of intangible assets to identify eligible and ineligible costs for capitalization to the government authority located in Charlotte, NC.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 24, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
