[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide paper to digital document imaging, scanning and record retention services for scanning resolution at 300 DPI in PDF file format.
- An approximately work volume will be number of files 2,970, average documents per file 1, average pages per document 60, percent duplexed 10% and estimated total number of images 196,020.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 14, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
