Government Authority located in Durham, North Carolina; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for environmental review services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental review services or projects that utilize funding from the department of housing and urban development to the government authority located in Durham, NC.
- Environmental reviews can consist of national environmental protection act reviews, tiered reviews and phase and environmental site assessments
- Will involve scattered site single family, duplex, triplex and quadplex properties as well as rehabilitations of existing multi-family developments
- Could also involve infrastructure, such as streets, water, sewer and pedestrian installation or
improvements to support a housing development
- Multi-family projects mostly likely low-income housing tax credit or projects with housing authority that are going through rental assistance demonstration conversion
- Includes the lead-based paint hazard reduction grant and could include substantial rehabilitation of owner-occupied homes
(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 21, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
