[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide market research and customer experience consultant services to the government authority located in RDU Airport, NC.
- Professional customer experience/market research partner to analyse and assess our existing research initiatives while evaluating and recommending new, cutting‐edge and valid methodologies and programs.
- The assessment process and all related pricing shall encompass evaluation and review of existing and proposed programs, on‐site travel to and from RDU International Airport, meetings with Authority staff and related airport employees, email, phone calls and all communications and any related security background check and badging costs along with a final report, presentation and recommendations.
- Provide Marketing, Communications and Senior Leadership an effective email and digital
marketing platform for newsletters and event management along with an interface with social
media platforms, develop an effective, comprehensive research program and process for sharing results in an effective, timely manner to best influence decisions through quality data and business
intelligence.
- Customer Feedback System on website that is housed on a web‐based platform, provided by a contract partner, this system allows the authority to receive feedback via email from the public, through this system, the authority monitors, evaluates, forwards and manages all written feedback, letters and significant phone inquiry issues for the authority.
- Customer Feedback System, the contractor shall provide programming upgrade services
on a per quote basis, daily upkeep and functionality of the system is the responsibility of the contractor along with support for and resolution of any functionality issues that arise, software platforms should also include the ability for authority staff to monitor, track and report on feedback trends, issues and customer preferences.
- Database Management and Email Marketing Platform Software should include a creative approach to research while ensuring the integrity of data and verification of actual users of city international airport at the time the research is conducted.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 18, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
