[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide digital sign display software must be compatible with current display software that is used at our south campus.
- Display software is watchfire ignite digital sign software
- Provide all on-site inspections, surveys, and testing required to properly, safely, and securely install the sign and also include removal of the existing sign, design, construction services and two led displays with content management software
- Design and construction of a new sign for rowan-cabarets community college
- Ability to import AVI, BMP, GIF, JPG and other graphic file types
- Ability to display true type fonts as well as fixed-width fonts
- Ability to remote into the sign to run a full diagnostic report.
(2) A mandatory pre- bid conferences will be held on June 7, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than June 10, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
