Government Authority located in Charlotte, North Carolina; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for long-term investment program investment consultant services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide investment consulting services for the city’s long-term investment program and assist with fiduciary oversight for the city’s existing deferred compensation programs and retiree health investment plan to the government authority located in Charlotte, NC.
- Provide periodic review and ongoing development of the existing investment policy statement that guides the city’s investment of its long-term capital reserves.
- Provide quarterly investment performance analysis reports in a format mutually agreed upon by all parties.
- Monitor and evaluate investment manager performance and conduct due diligence when an investment manager fails to meet a standard.
- Provide broad investment managerial searches utilizing in-depth quantitative and qualitative analytics, on-site manager due diligence, methodology and process on manager selections.
- Provide liability-based asset allocation studies every three to five years under various economic scenarios and time periods to determine optimum asset allocation to achieve the City’s investment goals.
- Provide asset-based asset allocation studies upon request modeling optimum risk and reward trade-offs.
- Provide consulting to alternative strategies as allowed by state statute.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 12, 2019.
(3) A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on June 19, 2019.
(4) Contract term will be three years.
