[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide recruitment advertising services for the provision of brand development, marketing strategy, development, graphic design, website design and development, and other related services for developing and implementing a recruitment campaign.
- The Vendor shall be able to manage all campaign services in-house, and provide a comprehensive plan to include media buying, creative development, strategic advisement, etc.
Strategic advisement.
- Vendor shall become familiar with existing themes and concepts, and incorporate them in the development and creation of the recruitment campaign. Companies shall assist CMPD to fully develop branding themes to create a uniform “look and feel” to various products.
- Website design and advisement.
- The overall objective is to design a website that is robust and easy-to-use resource for interested candidates to find information about CMPD’s employment, benefits and services provided to the City. The website shall serve as a highly interactive “web portal” that will provide information to interested candidates. The new website is intended to be an invaluable communication tool and resource that shall provide a range of information, functions and tools, including:
• General information about CMPD;
• Calendar of all recruitment-related and community events;
• Information about open positions within CMPD;
• Information about hiring requirements for CMPD, including BLE
requirements;
• Information about CMPD and other City benefits;
• Link to the City’s applicant portal;
(2) A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on June 10, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than June 07, 2019.
(4) Contract period will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
