[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic planning services to create a strategic plan based on findings that includes both short and long-term goals and objectives, action strategies, and performance measures, conduct meetings with the key stakeholders, over multi-day periods to guide the planning process and create supporting documents and presentations, develop and document a comprehensive approach to strategic planning, considering the previous PWC plan and status of current plan.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 05, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
