Vendor needs to provide registered apprenticeship network online database management system solution uses web-based functionality to support developing, registering, revising and maintaining apprenticeship programs and manage the following related instruction outline/schedule, on the job training outline/competency checklist and wage schedule, solution will support technology efficiencies, authentication, import/edit capabilities, security and functionality, solution will manage audit functions to track the details of changes to program and participant information, solution will manage the creation and security of comment notes, solution will support the combined functionality connecting the state program with the PR apprenticeship program.
