Government Authority located in Butner, North Carolina; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for radio pharmacy supplies.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide radio pharmacy supplies to the government authority located in Butner, NC.
- Radiopharmaceutical orders are to be placed to the vendor only by authorized nuclear medicine technologists
- Radiopharmaceutical orders are to be delivered in unit dose form only
- The Nuclear medicine service may cancel ordered doses within a ten-hour verbal or written time frame to the vendor
- The vendor must collect delivery system containers upon next delivery
- In case of emergency, the vendor will be required to make deliveries within 2 hours, excluding weekends and Federal Holidays
- Payment should be made monthly in arrears
- Vendor is to bid on price per desired quantity
- All shipping containers must be free of radioactive contamination both inside and outside
(2) Contract period will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
