(1) Vendor needs to provide processing system for non-real-time data broadcasting system, capable of multiple encoding formats, capable to manage metadata across multiple stations, capable to interface with signalling and announcement generator, file encryption capability, non-real-time content delivery in multi-transmitter networks, supports multiples managers of control content scheduling within bandwidth allocations, enables targeted content targeting to specific receivers, capable to be accessed via http, capable to analyze/monitor signalling, video, audio, and data validation and support of seamless redundancy between main and back unit.
(2) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than May 17, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
