[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide anti-plagiarism software for the benefits of an anti-plagiarism system include proper identification of possible plagiarism activity to allow appropriate actions to be taken. This tool and any customization necessary will be under the authority of Core Technology Services.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 10, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for three years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
