[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide on-line legal research provider services for access to an on-line legal research system that is comprehensive and user friendly, comparable case law and other legal references to support policy decisions, examination conclusions and contested cases, unlimited access to comprehensive research databases, national banking, mortgage, and financial content to the government authority located in North Carolina.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 13, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
