[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic marketing campaigns services for the convention and performing arts complex.
- Advertising that concept, write, and design 5-12 ads annually related to meeting, convention and sports publications for the following regional and national target markets: sports, innovation, cultural events, and national associations,
- Branding that concept with facility and staff on the incorporation of new branding on marketing materials and in the facility, including but not limited to physical/digital signage, sales collateral, promotional items and print/digital advertising,
- Digital marketing that optimize the website for search engine optimization through the research,
identification, and implementation of search engine optimization strategies and tactics that will effectively achieve performance goals by driving program participation and build brand awareness, including but not limited to the recommendation of content and keywords to attract relevant traffic to and sites and benchmarking keyword and content performance,
- Recommend opportunities to grow organic search including on-page optimization and provide support for the RCC social media manager as needed, researching, vetting, writing copy and scheduling primary and tangential content for audiences on, but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Collateral that develop and produce collateral materials for designated facility needs which may
include print, web, digital, or other promotional pieces,
- Photography and video that Produce short-form videos for marketing use for, by not limited to, social media, digital marketing, and inside the facility and Within 24 hours of the event, at least three photos/videos will be provided to marketing staff for potential social media use,
- Provide graphic design services for designated projects on an as-needed basis,
- Develop features for websites on the Drupal platform.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on May 15, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than May 20, 2019.
(4) A contract term will be for five years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
