[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide professional auditing services for conducted in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and available to the auditor sufficient help to pull and re-file records, and prepare all necessary confirmations,
- Working Balance Sheet (Statement of Net Position) for each fund,
- Working Statement of Revenues, Expenditures (Expenses) and Changes in Fund Balance (Net Position) for each fund,
- Working Statement of Cash Flows where required,
- Schedule of all investments for all funds at the audit date, showing book value and estimated market value at fiscal year-end,
- Provide an analysis of interest revenue and accrued interest receivable earned by fund and reconciled to the general ledger,
- Access to printout containing calculations used in balancing the capital assets subsystem to the government-wide statements to the government authority located in Jacksonville, NC.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 12, 2019.
(3) A contract term will be for five years.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
