[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide workers compensation medical services of workers’ compensation claims are processed through a third-party administrator, third party administrator and its adjusters in order to ensure the claims are processed in a satisfactory and timely manner.
(2) A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on April 16, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than April 09, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
